You can now setup your wallet to recharge automatically
Rohit Dhas
With Auto Recharge Wallet, workspace owners can set a minimum balance threshold. When the wallet balance falls below this limit, the system will automatically top up the wallet, ensuring uninterrupted messaging. This eliminates the need for manual intervention, prevents downtime, and keeps conversations flowing smoothly.
Currently this feature is not available for Indian customers.
How to set up auto refill wallet?
Go to Settings > Billing page and click on Enable auto refill button
It will open up a dialog then, enter the refill threshold (between $5 and $100) and the refill amount (between $10 and $100) in the dialog. For example, if the refill threshold is $5, the wallet will automatically top up by the refill amount whenever the wallet balance falls below $5.
Note that if the wallet balance is less than the refill thereshold it will attempt to refill the wallet immediately after saving the settings.
When auto refill is active, you can adjust the refill threshold and refill amount using the Manage auto refill button, or disable auto refill with the Disable auto refill button.
If an auto refill attempt fails, the reason for the failure will be displayed to help you understand why it occurred.
