Use Shopify segments to broadcast

You can now send broadcasts to your Shopify segments on BotSpace

To send a broadcast to your Shopify segments, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Shopify segment tab in the Add recipients section of the create broadcast form.

Select your Shopify integration and choose the segment to which you want to send the broadcast.
