Connecting your WhatsApp number

Learn how to get your WhatsApp Business API

Step 1: Click on ‘Connect Number’.

Step 2: Click on ‘Connect’. It will ask you to get redirected to Gupshup’s site, click on ‘Redirect’.

Now, the remaining steps will be completed on Gupshup’s site. (Gupshup is our official partner to getting WhatsApp APIs approved with Meta)

Step 3: Click on ‘Continue with Facebook’.

Step 4: A pop-up window will now open. There, enter your Facebook Account’s credentials and click on ‘Log in’. Or, create a new Facebook Account.

Step 5: Now, click on ‘Continue as {Your_name}’.

Step 6: Click on ‘Get Started’.

Step 7: Enter all the required details and click on ‘Next’.

Step 8: Now, choose the WhatsApp Business Account and click on ‘Next’.

Step 9: Fill all the required details and click on ‘Next’.

Step 10: Now, enter your number on which you want to register the WhatsApp Business Account. Then, click on ‘Next’.

Step 11: Enter the OTP received on your Mobile Number and validate the OTP.

Step 12: Wait for the number to connect.

Step 13: Once you see the message “WABA connected successfully” go back to BotSpace dashboard and refresh
