With BotSpace you can now monitor your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) for policy violations and restrictions.

You will be able to track

Violations eg. SPAM

Restriction eg. If incoming or outgoing messages are restricted and for how long

Messaging limits

We will be showing the WABA health on the channel card placed on the Home page and also show a detailed view of the past violations on the Channel overview page which can be accessed by clicking on the Channel card
