How to import contacts
Learn how you can import your existing contacts into BotSpace
Step 1: Visit the Contacts tab
Step 2: Click on the Import option & then click on the Download a sample CSV option
Step 3: Add your contacts to the CSV file
You can add the following in the respective columns
Step 4: Now import the CSV file into BotSpace
Once the import is completed we will email you the results
