Time tracking for Inbox

Now track how much time team members spend supporting customers

With BotSpace you can now monitor and track usage time for Inbox

This feature is auto enabled and only team members with View Reports permission will be able to see this under the Settings → Reports section.

To update permissions for a team member visit Settings → Roles & Permissions

How we calculate time spent on the Inbox?

We monitor the amount of time a team member has the inbox open. If they switch away from the inbox, we stop tracking the time. It's important to note that we continue tracking the time even if the team member is not actively doing anything, such as moving the mouse or typing. The user should be focused on the inbox tab for the timer to work.
