At BotSpace, We offer four pricing plans based on your business needs.

1. Free Plan ($0/month):

This plan is ideal for individuals, marketers looking to send bulk broadcast messages.

It allows you to connect 1 user (team member) and gives you 1000 free service interactions.

You can integrate 1 external service (like a CRM or helpdesk) with your BotSpace account.

Features include:

Unlimited contacts

Basic workflows

Basic support

2. Starter Plan ($49/month):

This plan is ideal for small teams getting started with WhatsApp Business.

It allows you to connect upto 5 users (team members) and gives you 1000 free service interactions.

You can integrate up to 3 external services (like a CRM or helpdesk) with your BotSpace account.

Features include:

Shared team inbox for managing all WhatsApp conversations.

Broadcasting capabilities for sending bulk messages to your customer base.

Pay as you go model for message costs beyond the session limit (explained earlier).

Basic analytics and reporting on your communication performance.

3. Pro Plan ($99/month):

This plan caters to growing teams that require more features and user access.

It allows you to connect up to 25 users and gives you 1000 free service interactions.

You can integrate up to 5 external services with your BotSpace account.

Features include everything in the Starter Plan, plus:

Individual user analytics to track team member performance.

Behaviour analytics to understand customer interactions better.

Weekly reports on key metrics for informed decision making.

4. Premium Plan ($299/month):

This plan is designed for large enterprises with high customer volumes and advanced communication needs.

It offers unlimited team members and gives you 1000 free service interactions.

You can integrate with an unlimited number of external services for a truly streamlined workflow.

Features include everything in the Pro Plan, plus:

Custom reports tailored to your specific needs.

Ability to create custom dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.

Conversation Based Pricing

There are four conversation categories as specified by WhatsApp:

Utility conversations: Facilitate a specific, agreed-upon request or transaction or update to a customer about an ongoing transaction, including post-purchase notifications and recurring billing statements.

Authentication conversations: Enable businesses to authenticate users with one-time passcodes, potentially at multiple steps in the login process (e.g., account verification, account recovery, integrity challenges)

Marketing conversations: Include promotions or offers, informational updates, or invitations for customers to respond/take action. Any conversation that does not qualify as utility or authentication is a marketing conversation.

Service conversations: all user-initiated conversations will be categorized as service conversations, which help customers resolve enquiries.
