Contacts

Import contacts with contact properties

Head to the BotSpace Dashboard and then click on the Contacts tab, Click on Import and you will see a pop-up on the screen.

In the pop-up you can click on Download a sample CSV to get a sample of the format to be used to upload the CSV file. Once you have the format, you can use the same CSV file to upload the contacts by clicking on Upload file (You can also drop a file to upload it). You can also add labels to the contacts by clicking on Add labels.

Once you have uploaded the contacts, You will see the following message: (No. of) Contacts found We will notify you on (Email ID) Once the import is completed, you will receive a notification. Click on Import and then you will see the following update: New contacts will be imported shortly. After import is complete, you will receive an update at (Email ID)!
